The already outstanding Samsung Galaxy S7 is taken to the next level with the amazing S7 edge, available now on Galaxy S7 Edge on 3. On top of the seamless metal and glass body you get a stunning wrap-around QHD display the follows the sleek contours of the body around each side, not just one side like with the S6 Edge. Inside you get the very latest processor technology for a true multitasking on the move experience.
S7 v S7 Edge
Clearly the biggest difference between the Galaxy S7 models is the curved screen. In addition to this, there are also a few additional differences. The Samsung S7 Edge is actually a little bit bigger than the standard S7 being slightly taller (150.9mm v 142.4) and wider (72.6mm v 69.6mm). Despite the increased dimensions on plan, the Edge is a little thinner than the standard handset (7.7mm v 7.9mm). The edge is also a little heavier, although at mere 5g more it is hardly likely to be noticeable.
The battery in the Edge is also of a higher capacity, being 3600mAh as compared to the 3000mAh in the standard unit. Both feature wireless charging.
Power and performance in one
The latest 64-bit microchip processor technology enables the Samsung Galaxy S7 to pack a punch way above its competitors. Whether you’re powering through work task or simply enjoying the latest games or QHD films on the move, it will keep up with your every step.
Beautiful quality design
Constructed with a sleek metal and glass body, the Galaxy S7 is one of the thinnest smartphones available yet with the Gorilla Glass protected 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display and durable metal body it can cope with whatever you ask of it.
The complete fitness device
With the integrated heart rate monitor and the S-health app, you can track exercise, save statistics, record what you’ve eaten, note your weight and even check your stress levels. There’s even a Coach app that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals on your own terms.
Bring photo and video to life
With the 5 megapixel front camera and 12 megapixel rear camera featuring phase detection autofocus and optical image stabilisation (OIS), you can capture great photographs and QHD videos, even in low light without the need for flash – although the integrated LED flash is there for you should you need it. With the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone on the 3 network you will always capture those special moments.
Fast charging, Large Battery
With its fast wireless charging and high capacity 3600mAh battery, larger than the standard S7’s 300mAh unit, your S7 Edge will always have the power to get you through the most demanding days.
